The services of the Shijak Police Station, based on the information received during the operation, that a citizen was transporting explosives for the purpose of trading them, organized and finalized the police operation coded "Station", in the framework of which the citizen was arrested red-handed :

-FD, 44 years old, resident of Manzë, Durrës, for the criminal offense "Possessing and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition without a permit".

The 44-year-old was caught red-handed in Maminas, when he had just gotten off a public transport vehicle.

During the search of the arrested person's backpack, the Police services found and seized as material evidence 5 C4 explosive molds and 5 detonator capsules.

The work continues, in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Durrës Judicial District Court, for the identification and capture of the person who would buy the explosives, as well as for the clarification and complete documentation of the criminal activity of the citizen FD

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës, for further action.
