The Kukës police have arrested 3 people, as they are accused of threatening and injuring their neighbor for weak motives.

D. (B) fell into the handcuffs of the police. V., 48 years old, as well as SV, 44 years old and JV, 20 years old, respectively the brother and son of the 48-year-old, all three residents of the village of Shtanë.

Police Notification: 

The timely intervention of the Police prevents a possible criminal event in the village of Shtanë. They threatened with a weapon and injured the neighbor in his apartment, for weak motives, 3 citizens (family members of each other) are arrested in the act. 1 semi-automatic weapon, 1 vehicle and 3 mobile phones were seized.

After the announcement that in the village of Shtane, some citizens were conflicting with each other, the services of the Kuka Police Station immediately organized the work and arrived at the scene. Due to the quick and professional intervention of the Police services, carried out as part of the coded police operation "Fundviti", it became possible to prevent a possible criminal event, as well as to arrest the citizens involved in the conflict, specifically:

D. (B). V., 48 years old, as well as SV, 44 years old and JV, 20 years old, respectively the brother and son of the 48-year-old, all three residents of the village of Shtanë.

These citizens, after a conflict for weak motives, with their neighbor, citizen ID, 53 years old, went to the 53-year-old's apartment, where they threatened him with a gun and hit him with their fists.

As material evidence, a semi-automatic weapon, 1 vehicle and the mobile phones of the 3 arrested persons were seized. Investigations continue to individualize and legally document the criminal responsibility of each of the arrested. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kukës, for further actions./CNA
