The police of Shkodra have found in a wooded area of ??the village of Plan, about 32.7 kilograms of cannabis dried and divided into bags to be transported.

The police of Shkodra have identified 11 members of the group and arrested 5 of them.

Police notification: 

Continuous police and investigative work is being carried out within the mega-operation "Tempulli", to completely destroy the products of the activities of a criminal group in the field of narcotics.

Found in a deep and wooded area of ??the village of Plan, about 32.7 kg of the narcotic substance cannabis sativa, dried and divided into bags for transport.

32.7 kg of cannabis and 10,274 cannabis plants (previously destroyed), owned by this criminal group.

So far, the Police has identified 11 members of the group and arrested 5 of them.

As a result of the work of the police intelligence, controls at every end of the district and ongoing investigations, in cooperation with the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, the specialists for the investigation of crimes of the Shkodra Police Commissariat, carried out within the mega-operation "Tempulli", another strike against the activity of a criminal group in the field of narcotics.

The services found in a deep and wooded area of ??Plan village, 2 bags with about 32.7 kg of cannabis sativa narcotic, dried and ready to be transported for sale.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that this narcotic belonged to a criminal group of 11 members identified so far, involved in the cultivation, production and sale of cannabis.

During this year, the Police of Shkodra arrested 5 members of the group, and found in the villages of Kir and Plan, and destroyed a total of 10,274 narcotic plants owned by this group.

Work continues to catch other members of the criminal group.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the Shkodra General Jurisdiction, for further actions. /CNA
