The Durrës police have arrested the 31-year-old man with the initials AH, who tried to kill a 70-year-old man yesterday in a bar.

FH, 70 years old, was injured in this incident. The cause of the quarrel was an unpaid debt. 

The suspected pistol firearm used for the wounding was seized as material evidence.

Police Notification:

The 31-year-old man who tried to kill a 70-year-old man yesterday in a bar was arrested in the act.

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Sector of DVP Durrës, at the end of the investigative actions carried out under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, to clarify the circumstances of the event that happened yesterday, around 19:30, in a bar in district no. 17, where due to an unpaid debt, the citizen FH, 70 years old, resident of Durrës, who continues to be under the care of doctors, was injured with a pistol firearm, the suspected author of this case was arrested in the act, the citizen:

AH, 31 years old, resident of Shijak, for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder", pending and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".

The suspected pistol firearm used for the wounding was seized as material evidence.

The AT citizen, who was accompanied yesterday, after the incident, at the end of the investigative actions, was released.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions./ CNA
