Based on the information from the State Police structures and its immediate exchange, between Interpol Tirana and Interpol Madrid, regarding the location of an internationally wanted citizen, for providing conditions/means to commit murder, the police operation was finalized coded "Recruiter".

As part of this operation, the citizen LL, 47 years old, born in Vlora, was arrested in Spain.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, on 05.02.2024, assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder". , "Structured criminal group", "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group" and "Illegal possession and production of explosive weapons and ammunition".

The 47-year-old is accused of having organized the murder of EM and IH citizens on 08.08.2023, in cooperation with others. This crime was prevented by the Police, after the citizen AN was arrested, who was allegedly paid by the citizen LL, to commit the murders. At the time of the arrest, the AN citizen was seized with a pistol with a cartridge in the magazine, ready to fire.

Cooperation continues to finalize the extradition of the LL citizen to Albania./ CNA
