The 29-year-old is accused of in cooperation with citizens Mr. Gj. and P. Gj., respectively his father and brother, in 2022, adapted an environment in Shkodër for drying and production of cannabis. From the controls, the Police found in this environment about 86 kg of narcotic cannabis sativa and narcotic plants in the process of drying.
