A 37-year-old man accused by the Special Court of being a member of a criminal group has been extradited from Switzerland. The citizen with the initials JK is suspected of having provided the conditions and material means to commit the murder of two brothers over a period of 4 years.

The Criminal Court of Kosovo had imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on him, for the criminal offenses "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group".

A citizen accused by the Criminal Court of Kosovo as a member of a criminal group is extradited from Switzerland.

He is suspected of having provided the conditions and material means to commit the murder of 2 brothers over a period of 4 years.

As a result of the coordination of operational actions between specialists from the Interpol Tirana Directorate and Interpol Bern, the procedure for the extradition from Switzerland to Albania of the citizen:

-JK, 37 years old, born in Shkodra.

The Special Court of First Instance against Corruption and Organized Crime, by decision dated 15.05.2024, has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group".

From the investigations conducted by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, it is suspected that this citizen, during the period December 2020-May 2024, provided the conditions and material means to carry out the murder of brothers DB and VB / CNA.
