The investigations showed that these citizens, after securing the weapons in Shkodër, had brought them to Tirana to sell them to other people.

The coded police operation "Repishti" is successfully completed, in implementation of certain measures in the "Rule of Law" operational plan, for cracking down on cases of illegal possession of weapons. The operation was conducted by the Illegal Traffic Section.

The services of the Section for the Investigation of Illegal Traffic in DVP Tirana, in the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction Tirana, after information provided by police intelligence, about some citizens who were suspected of transporting firearms, from Shkodra to Tirana, in order to sell them, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Repishti".

As a result, in a parking lot on Rinasi Street, the following citizens were caught and arrested:
- SH, 22 years old, RN, 18 years old, DH, 22 years old, DH, 18 years old, and MH, 26 years old, all residents of Great Highlands. The Police Services have located the "BMW" type vehicle driven by citizen MH. During the control of the vehicle and in a suitcase in the trunk, 9 firearms (4 automatic and 5 rifles) with combs and combat ammunition were found and seized as material evidence.
From the verifications carried out, it was found that these citizens, after securing the weapons in Shkodër, had brought them to Tirana to sell them to other people.
The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further procedural actions. /CNA
