The 24-year-old from Fushë-Kruja, who was caught with two remote-controlled mines while transporting them towards Lezha, will remain in prison indefinitely.
This is the decision given today by the Court of Lezha for the 24-year-old man with the initials AS. The latter has not given any explanation about his activity and the possession of mines.
After listening to the parties, Judge Aldi Kareco declared the arrest of the 24-year-old in flagrante delicto legal and imposed on him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Possessing and manufacturing weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition". /CNA
