Human bone remains are found in Saranda

On Wednesday, the Saranda Police responded to the serious incident that was registered yesterday in Xarre, where a decomposed human bone was found.

The skeletal remains are being sent to the Scientific Police Institute for further examination.

Police notification: 

Yesterday evening, in the village of Xarrë, near the village cemetery, human bone remains were found, in the process of decomposition. The skeletal remains will be sent to the Scientific Police Institute for further examination. The investigative group under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Sarandë is continuing the work to identify the citizen to whom these bone remains belong, as well as clarifying and fully documenting this case./ CNA
