Serious/ 8-month-old baby dies in hospital, parents accused of negligence

Another serious event was recorded in a hospital in Tirana, after the admission of a baby who had a heart problem. 

It is reported that it is about an 8-month-old baby from the village of Grudë in Shkodra, who died in the hospital. 

The incident happened about two weeks ago, meanwhile the parents filed a complaint with the Shkodra prosecutor's office for negligence.

The baby had to undergo a transplant, but could not survive.

The baby's parents reported the case to the Shkodra Prosecutor's Office, where they claimed that the cause of the minor's death was negligence and medical incompetence by the doctors of the Shkodra Hospital.
