Drejtonte mjetin nën efektin e alkoolit/ AMP arreston në flagrancë kryeinspektorin e Elbasanit

Agjencia e Mbikëqyrjes Policore njoftoi se ka arrestuar në flagrancë punonjësin e Shërbimit për Mbrojtjen nga Zjarri dhe Shpëtimi, Kryeinspektor A. B., me detyrë pranë MZSH-së Elbasan, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Drejtim i automjeteve në mënyrë të parregullt”, parashikuar nga neni 291 i Kodit Penal.

“Arrestimi i tij u krye pasi ditën e sotme rreth orës 15:47, gjatë drejtimit të mjetit të tij (jashtë shërbimit), është konstatuar nga shërbimet e qarkullimit rrugor të DVP Elbasan në aksin Cërrik - Elbasan, ku pas verifikimit me testin matës të alkoolit ka rezultuar pozitiv në masën 0.87 mg/l”,-theksohet në njoftim.
