The police operation coded "Diesel" was successfully completed, while a trawler with 80,000 liters of contraband oil was blocked in the port of Durrës.

Meanwhile, 3 persons, personnel of the trawler, have been declared wanted.

POLICE NOTICE

The operation, carried out by the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section at DVP Durrës, following the information received during the operation.

They went out to sea, without notifying the captaincy and the Border Police, as well as the GSP, in order to obtain a large amount of oil and smuggle it in. The trawler with 80,000 liters of oil was blocked by the Police.

Shpallen në kërkim administratori, kapiteni dhe mekaniku i peshkarexhës, të cilët kishin përshtatur, një depozitë, në një peshkarexhë, për naftën e kontrabanduar, me qëllim shmangien e detyrimeve doganore, si dhe kishin ankoruar peshakrexhën pa njoftuar në ish-kantierin detar në Portin e Durrësit.

Sekuestrohet peshkarexha me 80.000 litra naftë të dyshuara të kontrabanduara.

Në veprimet e para hetimore morën pjesë edhe Policia Kufitare, Dega Doganore Durrës, Antikontrabanda Detare dhe FSPD Port Durrës.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik dhe Financiar në DVP Durrës, në vijim të punës për parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e veprimtarisë kriminale në fushën e kontrabandës me mallra, bazuar dhe në informacionet e marra në rrugë operative, se në ish-kantierin detar në Portin e Durrësit, ishte ankoruar një peshkarexhë, me naftë të dyshuar të kontrabanduar, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Diesel”.

Në kuadër të këtij operacioni u shpallën në kërkim shtetasit:

– A. M., 38 vjeç, banues në Durrës, administrator i peshkarexhës;

– F. A., 65 vjeç, banues në Durrës, kapiteni i peshkarëxhës;

– N. Xh., 53 vjeç, banues në Durrës, mekaniku i peshkarexhës.

Në vijim të veprimeve u bë sekuestrimi i peshkarexhës dhe i sasisë së naftës të dyshuar të kontrabanduar.

Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Durrës Judicial District, the work is continuing for the complete clarification of this illegal activity, the identification and the criminal responsibility of the other citizens involved.
