A Syrian citizen declared internationally wanted is arrested in Rinas.

A Syrian citizen, who tried to leave Albania with forged documents, ended up in handcuffs.

The Rinas Border Police Services, in addition to the work to successfully deal with the increased flow of movement of Albanian and foreign citizens, during the summer season, have also intensified the measures to prevent and combat illegality.

Gjatë kontrollit të detajuar të dokumentacionit të shtetasve që hyjnë nga Shqipëria, nëpërmjet aeroportit të Rinasit, shërbimet e Policisë në bashkëpunim me Interpol Tiranën kanë ndaluar shtetasin sirian W. A., 42 vjeç.

Pas verifikimeve të kryera ka rezultuar se ky shtetas ishte shpallur në kërkim ndërkombëtar nga Interpol Abu Dhabi, për veprën penale "Mashtrime financiare", pasi ndaj tij është caktuar masa e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”

U bë arrestimi provizor i 42-vjeçarit, me qëllim ekstradimin e tij në Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe.

Gjithashtu, gjatë kontrollit të dokumentacionit të shtetasve që dalin nga Shqipëria, nëpërmjet aeroportit të Rinasit, shërbimet e Policisë kanë krijuar dyshime për një shtetase të huaj që kishte paraqitur pasaportë estoneze.

After the check at the Border Police laboratory, it turned out that the passport presented by citizen HC had the data of another citizen and had a border control stamp, suspected to be forged. 

At the end of the investigative actions, the citizen HC, with Syrian citizenship, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Forgery of letters, passports or visas" and "Forgery of seals, stamps or forms".

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
