Raped his niece/ Conflict between two brothers in Paskuqan

Police have prevented the escalation of a conflict between two brothers in Paskuqan. MM, 61, fired a gun in the air to injure his brother, AM, 63, who is suspected of raping the 61-year-old's daughter.

The officers have handcuffed two brothers and seized the firearm along with the ammunition.

Tirana/The immediate intervention of the Police prevented the escalation of a conflict with firearms in a family in Paskuqan.

He fired an automatic weapon into the air to threaten his brother, the 61-year-old (citizen with a criminal record) is arrested.

The brother is also in custody after raping the 61-year-old's daughter.

A Kalashnikov firearm, combat ammunition, and 1 cutting tool (axe) were found and seized in the 61-year-old's apartment.

The services of Police Commissariat No. 5, having just been notified of a conflict between 2 brothers in Paskuqan, have organized the work and gone to the scene, to bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility and to clarify the circumstances of the case.

As a result of the immediate intervention, the Police services neutralized the two citizens involved in the conflict, specifically MM, 61 years old (with a precedent for resisting a Police officer) and AM, 63 years old, brothers, who at the end of the procedural actions were arrested in flagrante delicto.

From the investigative actions carried out, it is suspected that citizen MM fired a Kalashnikov rifle into the air to threaten citizen AM, who had raped his daughter.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.
