The criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, has made a prediction of the situation in Elbasan on May 14, the day when the local elections will be held.

Karamuço said on Arian Çani's show that, unlike the 2021 elections, in these elections the district of Elbasan is expected to be the calmest district.

This, because according to him, the gangs have changed their tactics, their "heads" have left for different states, while those who remain do not make noise.

"All the gangs have changed tactics. Some of them, the problematic ones who are being sought, have left, are in some other countries. Those who are, remain silent, remain silent. Elbasan will be one of the quietest areas in Albania. Other areas, which are predicted to be hotter, do not turn out to be Elbasan", emphasized Karamuço./ CNA.al
