Accident in Kavajë/ Minor dies

The police have arrested the KS citizen, 25 years old, after he had an accident with a minor, who died as a result of his injuries.

The event took place last evening in the district number 1 of Kavaja.

The specialists of the Road Traffic Sector arrested the citizen KS, 25 years old, in the act, for the criminal offense of "Violation of the traffic rules", resulting in the death of a person.

Yesterday evening, in neighborhood no. 1, Kavajë, the "Volkswagen" type vehicle driven by the 25-year-old hit a 6-year-old citizen (pedestrian), who died in the hospital due to the injuries he received.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Durrës General Jurisdiction, for further actions", the police informs. / CNA
