6 apartments, three luxury cars, garages and land / Prosecution seizes him with

Tirana Prosecutor's Office seizes the assets of the citizen RP for the criminal offense "Laundering the proceeds of crime or criminal activity"

The Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana has registered criminal proceedings no. 6267 of 2021, for the criminal offense of "Laundering the proceeds of crime or criminal activity", provided by Article 287 of the Criminal Code, against the citizen RP

At the request of the Prosecution of the Tirana Judicial District, with decision no. 1336 dated 21.06.2022 of the Court of First Instance Tirana, given to the subject RP and related persons, the following assets were seized:

Pasuria e llojit arë me sipërfaqe 6800 m2, ne emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjekti të hetimit, e cila ndodhet në bashkia Valarë, Gjirokastër.

Pasuria e llojit apartament me sipërfaqe 67.25 m2, ne emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.

Pasuria e llojit garazh me sipërfaqe 17.5 m2, në emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.

Pasuria e llojit garazh me sipërfaqe 17.5 m2 e cila është regjistruar në emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.

Pasuria e llojit apartament me sipërfaqe 93.38 m2, në emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.

Pasuria e llojit apartament me sipërfaqe 48.6 m2, në emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.

Pasuria e llojit garazh me sipërfaqe 17.78 m2, në emër të shtetasit A.P, babai i subjektit të hetimit.
