Ervis Martinaj's family members have appealed the decision of GJKKO to seize 34 of his assets.

Martinaj's 34 assets, starting from luxury cars, apartments, land, and others, were seized on February 15.

 "The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has registered case no. 48 act, dated 07.03.2023, on the appeal submitted by the appellants AK, DK, DM, EM, EM, FV, MM, RM, VM, to decision no. 5, dated 23.01.2023 of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, which ordered the seizure of some assets", the announcement states.

We remind you that Ervis Martinaj has been missing since August last year. So far, several actions have been carried out, where Martinaj's apartments in Fushë Kuqe and Surrel have been checked./ CNA.al
