The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, said that he expects that Miloš Vu?evi?, whom he has mandated as Prime Minister, will receive the support of the Parliament for the formation of the new Government, which, according to him, will have big and difficult tasks ahead of it. .
Milosh Vucevic, former Minister of Defense and leader of the ruling entity, the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), was mandated to form the new Serbian Government the day before by Vucice.
"We are in a specific position because we are the only ones that have the status of a state that is militarily neutral in this part of the region. We are always ready to defend ourselves, but we do not threaten anyone," said Vucic on March 31, during a visit to the Armed Forces of Serbia at the military airport in Batajnica.
He warned of the supply of fighter jets, artillery guns and rocket launchers.
Vucic said that investments are being made in the army like never before and announced that domestically produced drones will be tested at the training ground in Peshter on April 20.
Mandate for prime minister, Vu?evi?, said that the army will have maximum support in the new Government, and together with Vu?i?, said that the army is the guarantor of the survival of Serbia's sovereignty and independence.
The president of the Republika Srpska entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, was also present in this visit, who said that a strong Serbia means security for the Serbs in this entity, who "are looking at Serbia".
"We are pushed into an artificial structure called the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina," Dodik said.
Meanwhile, Vucic also spoke about the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who, according to the Serbian leader, has threatened Serbia to sue him for genocide and now wants to use the institutions of the Council of Europe to initiate a lawsuit against Serbia.
On March 30, Kurti stated that the authorities are preparing for Serbia to be accused of crimes committed during the war in Kosovo.
"This is part of a massive attack on attacks and pressures on the Serbian people and Serbia. We will resist them and we will win", said Vucic.
He said that his behavior was made possible by Kurti because a committee in the Council of Europe approved a report by the rapporteur, Dora Bakoyannis, for Kosovo to join the Council of Europe.
Vucic said that Kurti has so far waited for another state to file a lawsuit for genocide because Kosovo is not a member of the United Nations and cannot file a lawsuit at the International Criminal Court.
"Someone else can do this on his behalf, which is a difficult political issue," said Vucic, adding that now Kurti wants to use the institutions of the Council of Europe to sue Serbia.
The Council of Europe is the leading organization in Europe in the field of human rights.
46 countries are part of it, including 27 member countries of the European Union and all the countries of the region.
