US President Joe Biden appeared exhausted at a conference in Vietnam.

 "I'm going to bed," he said suddenly during the conference.

The 80-year-old was speaking at a press conference in the Vietnamese capital of Hanoi, two days after the G20 summit in New Delhi, India, when he was pressed about US relations with China as he appeared tired.
