The tragedy that leaves you speechless, the Greek media have described the serious accident which took the lives of three young people in Greece. The accident happened on the island of Crete on Saturday morning in the city of Chania, on the northern road axis of the Greek island.

According to information from the local media, two of the boys died at the scene, while the third died in the emergency room of the Chania hospital, where he was transported immediately. Meanwhile, a 22-year-old girl is intubated in the Intensive Care Unit of the Chania Hospital, where she is fighting with death, after suffering brain damage. The young woman was the fourth passenger in the car involved in the terrible accident.

The car in which the four young people were traveling collided with a van in which 21 people were traveling, and according to the information, there were no serious injuries to the passengers.

According to information from police sources that refer to witnesses, the car allegedly tried to overtake, but the driver lost control of the vehicle by going into the opposite lane.

The four young people were trapped in the car and the help of the firemen was needed to get them out. 4 ambulances and the fire brigade went to the scene to remove the bodies, while the Road Police of BOAK is investigating the causes of the tragedy.

The fatal traffic accident happened in BOAK, at the height of the Gallata bridge, when their vehicle collided with the black van, which was transporting tourists./CNA
