The survivors of the tragic accident have recounted the moments of horror they experienced.
They have shown that some passengers were thrown from the windows of the carriages.
"For 10, 15 seconds it was chaos. Overturning, fire, hanging cables, people trapped, windows suddenly burst and people were screaming, scared. They were burning alive", said one of the passengers.
They have described the accident as a nightmare that lasted very little.
"Fortunately, we were able to open the doors and run away very quickly. They did not manage to get out in the other wagons, one wagon even caught fire", said another passenger. /CNA.al
