The former prime minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, wrote in a post on Facebook that establishing reciprocity with Serbia is fair and legal based on local and international laws.

He calls on the Serbian citizens living in the north of Kosovo to refrain and keep calm.

"Dear citizens of Kosovo,

The decision to establish reciprocity with Serbia is fair and legal based on both local and international laws.

We support the country's institutions, law and order and security bodies, for the implementation of this fair and legal decision.

We call on the Serbian citizens in the north of the country to refrain and maintain peace, order and law," writes Haradinaj. /CNA.al
