KKUK issues an announcement/ What is the condition of the injured from the

The Clinical and University Hospital Service of Kosovo has shown details of the health condition of the injured from the explosion in Mitrovica.

In a post on social networks, KKUK indicates that 13 patients are receiving treatment in the hospital, 4 of them are undergoing surgery.

According to the KKUK, the patients have second and third degree burns on various body parts, including the face, hands, feet and other parts of the body.

"At the Clinical and University Center of Kosovo, 13 patients are being treated as a result of burns caused by the gas cylinder explosion in the village of K?i? in Mitrovica.

After receiving the initial treatment at the General Hospital of Mitrovica, the patients were brought to the KKUK.

Patients have second and third degree burns on various parts of the body, including the face, hands, feet and other parts of the body.

The emergency team composed of specialist doctors of various profiles and nurses is treating all thirteen patients. Four of them are being operated on in the operating room.

As the treatment is ongoing and the health condition may undergo changes, the doctors ask for understanding from the media and the public. Complete information will be provided after the final examinations by the attending physicians", the announcement states./ CNA
