Përpjekjet për paqe/ Pakistani: Gati të presim bisedimet SHBA-Iran në ditët në vijim

Ministri i Jashtëm i Pakistanit, Ishaq Dar ka deklaruar ditën e sotme se si Irani ashtu edhe SHBA-të kanë shprehur besimin se Pakistani do të lehtësojë bisedimet.

Dar tha gjithashtu se Pakistani "do të jetë i nderuar të presë dhe lehtësojë bisedime kuptimplotë midis dy palëve në ditët në vijim".

Megjithatë, nuk u përmend nëse Irani apo SHBA-të kishin konfirmuar se do të merrnin pjesë në bisedimet e paqes.

Ministri i Jashtëm, Ishaq Dar, i bëri këto komente pas ditës së parë të takimeve në Islamabad midis ministrave të jashtëm nga Pakistani, Arabia Saudite, Turqia dhe Egjipti.

Sipas Darit, grupi diskutoi mënyrat e mundshme për t'i dhënë fund luftës në rajon herët dhe përgjithmonë. Ai shprehu mirënjohjen e tij të thellë për të tre për mbështetjen e tyre ndaj përpjekjeve të Pakistanit për paqe në rajon.

Dar thotë gjithashtu se kishte folur me Ministrin e Jashtëm kinez Wang Yi dhe Sekretarin e Përgjithshëm të Kombeve të Bashkuara, të cilët shprehën mbështetje për iniciativën e paqes. /CNA
