The meeting of the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, with the high representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, is being held in Brussels.

Also present at this meeting is the special envoy of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.

Josef Borrell has reacted to the tensions between the two countries on social networks, who declares that the EU intends to find an immediate solution.

"The situation in the north of Kosovo continues to be very tense. Today, we aim to find solutions for immediate de-escalation and the way forward. The meeting with Prime Minister Albin Kurti has started", says the High Representative of the EU.

Meanwhile, after the meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Borrell and Lajcak are expected to talk with the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic./ CNA.al
