Isuk Koka, who yesterday evening defended his hotel in ?arshi in Skopje from hooligans, has been arrested by the Police.
Journalist Ferikan Iljazi reports from Skopje that Koka fired a gun into the air, a form of warning to Macedonian protesters who had approached his property and wanted to damage it.
Koka felt threatened for himself and his property, which is close to the bust of Skanderbeg in Skopje, and due to the late response of the police, he fired a gun.
At this point the protesters were pushed out of the hotel by him.
He was facing a second attack by Macedonian protesters, after earlier they damaged customers' cars and threw hard objects at his hotel.
The leader of the Macedonian opposition, Hristijan Mickoski, tried to sell the event differently, saying that the Albanian businessman had the task of killing him even though Mickoski was not physically in the vicinity of the event.
The Mayor of the City of Skopje has dismissed the brother of the arrested person, Zudi Koka, who was the head of the Directorate for Municipal Hygiene, appointed by the ruling Albanian party Alliance for Albanians./euronews
