The Thumane-Kashar category A highway opens on Sunday, June 30, at 19:00 for vehicle traffic.

The Deputy Prime Minister, at the same time Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, shared on social networks views from the new Thumane-Kashar highway, as she wrote "Thumane - Kashar from the Air. Part 3".

Balluku thanked Alket Islam for the video that, as the minister said, "shows the extraordinary work that has been done in just 15 months, to be ready".

The Thumanë-Kashar axis is also the first part of the Blue Corridor.

The Thumanë-Kashar highway is a category A axis, where the speed of movement will be 130 kilometers per hour, also offering high safety conditions.


The opening of this axis for the circulation of vehicles will significantly ease the flow of traffic.

In the meantime, all drivers will have the right to choose the speed roads over 130 kilometers per hour with payment, or the secondary roads which will be available without any kind of payment./CNA
