In '97, people were more united, they had some kind of ideal, it seemed to them that an injustice had been done to them, a communist revolution had taken place, the Democratic Party had fallen from power, the sons of the dictatorship were still alive and so on, while today even anti-communist theses have fallen on the PD because no one can say that Rama is a communist, moreover he is probably more anti-communist than Berisha.

The thesis has fallen on the former owners since in 30 or so years he governed the country twice for almost 13 years and never returned the properties to the owners.

The column of the persecuted has fallen because he came to power for 8 years and could not compensate them 100%, but gave only 2 installments and then everything stopped and was remembered at the end. The polar star, which was Kosovo, has fallen.

That is why PD is fighting anti-corruption with attacks on the prime minister. But fighting with anti-corruption, with those MPs who are in the Parliamentary Group and with those former ministers or former directors, some of whom are disgusting to the citizens, everything is too difficult to return to the majority.

That is why the sentence, "The seal is not enough", stands. We need a well-organized PD, a PD that represents the elite, and no matter how much the doctor fights, Berisha cannot be the inspiration for a great victory. Undoubtedly, he is an indisputable leader, he is an absolute moderate, but he needs more than that.

We need a bigger, better organized PD, with more names, with a refreshed elite for citizens to trust, otherwise the stamp will be lost again and there will no longer be a debate about who has it and to whom it belongs. but a small PD will remain, closed and inherited perhaps for family interests. Until these moments, the seal is not enough.

It is not the seal that gives victory. Structure gives victory, spirit gives victory, vote gives victory. Until now, PD only has the seal, with it, without it, it is still not a majority./ CNA
