ZVA Bulqizë "leaves" a teacher's contract/ Out of anger, she

Fiks journalists submit two registers to ZVA Bulqiza, which were kept by the former teacher at home.

During the conversation with the journalists, the latter noticed that Mrs. In the file where she kept her documents, Xheka also had two records of the Gjorica primary school, a school where she has been a teacher for several years, full-time and recently as a substitute.

So the journalists ask her why she took the records since this is not allowed, but she says that because of a disagreement and out of personal anger with the director she took the records.

"It is the principal's duty to save the registers, I found them in the classroom, a person in charge told me they were old, so I took them ," says Mrs. Xheka, meanwhile, the records were for the 2021-2022 school year. The year in which the substitute teacher was given 5 days of fictitious work.

Lavdie Xheka goes to ZVA Bulqizë and in a meeting with the lawyer she completes the work book without being based on any contract or employment agreement.

She signs and the director stamps the teacher's 5-day work, work which has not been paid, but results in the system and prevents her from receiving unemployment benefits.

This other legal violation, in addition to the 5-day declaration to the labor office, by the director of the education office, is justified as a mistake by the lawyer since she is new in office.
