This case went to Micro Credit Albania, which requested the sequestration of the property. The executor Fatos Alimadhi made the seizure of a property in the village of Bicaj in Gramshit, which had the sole owner of the mother of the debtor Rina Qyra.

Alimadhi claimed that he could block the tax share of the debtor's daughter, even though the mother was alive and, moreover, the separation had not yet been done by court. In April 2023, Idaet Rusi from Pogradec showed that he bought a refrigerator in installments in Korça, proving the payments made with invoices. But by order of the executor, Fatos Alimadhi's salary was frozen.

With the intervention of the "Stop" journalist, the salary of citizen Idaet Rusi was unlocked. After many cases of reported violations broadcast on "Stop", the Ministry of Justice made the decision to revoke the license of the bailiff Alimadhi.
