After this step, the company "Ahmeti" opened a civil process, where it demanded compensation from the driver Fatjon Osmani for the damage caused. The process dragged on for three years in Saranda and Judge Alban Velcani closed the case with illegal procedures.

Shpëtim Ahmeti: On 06.06.2020, the vehicle was returned to the ownership of the company "Ahmeti Travel". In 2020, I register and file a civil complaint against the citizen Fatjon Osmani for economic and moral compensation of the company he was employed by.
