The policeman breaks the law/ Violates and defends himself with a uniform

On February 20 of this year, "Stop" showed how the Saliko family from Ksamil, consisting of parents and 4 daughters, leased their property, 90 m2 of land, for 10 years to a police officer from Saranda.

The contract was signed in 2020 in the name of the policeman's wife, Mirela Hasangegaj. The contract stated that the tenant could not sublet this property to third parties.

The family said they would use the property for the summer season, so they invested in a construction with light construction for a restaurant, bar-café.

But after about a year, the Saliko family saw that Mirela was no longer working on their property. In a 2023 census, the Saliko family found that Mirela had leased their property to citizen Mariglen Saka, who also had a coffee bar in Saranda and worked with the NIPT.

Because Mirela's husband is a policeman, he, through his acquaintances, began to put pressure on the Saliko family.

The Salikos faced successive denunciations only for demanding the implementation of the contract they had signed.

"Stop" returned to this case after recently the subcontractor Mariglen Saka went to Salikova's property again and started the conflict, violating and dragging the daughter of the family.

"He also physically abused me. I still have signs of physical abuse on my arm today. The signs are obvious. There are three. I just put my hand here so that it can be removed because it is my property and the citizen in question, Mariglen Saka, grabbed my arm, grabbed my hair, and even threw me to the ground," says the informant.

"We just notified the police, they didn't come in time. The area inspector did not appear there for us to give a statement. It's 1 hour late. After 1 hour, Margilen Saka had left earlier than the police ," said the informant.

The incident was reported to the police, but the influence of the police officer caused the informant to be detained under pressure under the pretext that the report would be taken from her.

The Saliko family: No, you don't come along! You don't have to accompany! We will come by ourselves..., we will come by ourselves

Saranda Police: I am obliged, I am obliged, I will accompany...

Saliko family: I am talking to the lawyer...

Police Saranda: Very nice! Let the lawyer come! Now please! I have an order and I will execute the order whether you want it or not...You will come with me now...!

Saliko family: What are you doing like this? This is not legal at all! I'm talking to the lawyer now, I'll come myself. Don't touch me like that…!

Police Saranda: You will come yourself! Okay! Very nice! There is no self! Accompany him...!

Saliko family: I will come myself, I told you...!

Saranda Police: Come on, you too, don't force us! I am to carry out the orders…!

On the other hand, the perpetrator Mariglen Saka was not prosecuted, but was released.

"Is this the police we want? Does the Code of Criminal Procedure clearly state that I cannot be accompanied unless I have fulfilled a contractual obligation? How is it possible that the police of Saranda do these things? Or that he is Arben Hasanbegaj and he is a police officer who has gone to Kuçovo now and is putting us under psychological pressure as a family. I don't understand what the State Police are doing here? Where is the State Police? I am raped on my property, the police did not take action. Is this normal?", says the whistleblower.

"Stop" also contacted the tenant Mirela Hasanbegaj, who admitted the violation of the contract, but said that the court should resolve this matter.

Mirela Hasanbegaj: Okay, thank you! Tell me! You order!

Journalist: Regarding the conflict you have with the Saliko family in Ksamil, we have treated it once as a case and I wanted to ask you because the conflict is recurring. You have leased it to a subcontractor who is Mariglen Saka.

Mirela Hasanbegaj: I did not have a hard time with those people. I made a contract at the notary...

Journalist: We understand. It was not difficult. Put a point 6 that should not be violated.

Mirela Hasanbegaj: I violated it brother, but where is the law? Go to the court, as I have gone to the court for all the violations they have done to me! Don't start with fairy tales now…!

Journalist: Not fairy tales because the Grandfather of that business in Ksamil holds the Grandson of Mariglen Saka, madam, and how can your business hold the Grandson of the employee.

Mirela Hasanbegaj: I have addressed the court.

Journalist : I understand very well, when you have no argument, you go to court. Thank you very much, all the best.

Mirela Hasanbegaj: Everyone should turn to the court! /tvklan.al
