Another abuse in Tirana's incinerator was reported today.

The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, declares that the soil is being treated as waste and the builders are obliged to send it to the Tirana incinerator.

Through a status on social networks, Manjani says that a waste fee is also paid for the soil.

"In addition to abusing staggering sums of money with the treatment of waste, half of Tirana's incinerator, they are also evil.
