Another abuse in Tirana's incinerator was reported today.

The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, declares that the soil is being treated as waste and the builders are obliged to send it to the Tirana incinerator.

Through a status on social networks, Manjani says that a waste fee is also paid for the soil.
