Fires 'grip' Albania/ How is the situation in the Shkodra region?

Albania is gripped by fires. The latest data shows how the fire situation in the Shkodra region is.

Municipality of Shkodra

During the last 24 hours, 11 fire cases have been recorded in the territory of this municipality.

1 rescue intervention was carried out and 2 firefighting vehicles were sent to assist the Municipality of Vau Dejës and the Municipality of Malësi e Madhe.

3. Vau Dejas Municipality

4 cases of fire have been recorded.

The most problematic case was in the village of Hajmel, the situation was managed without damage to people or homes.

All cases were reported in real time to the AKMC.

4. Puka Municipality

2 fire cases have been recorded, the fire in the village of Mesul remains active.

Due to the strong wind, the fire risks getting out of control.

1 fire truck with relevant personnel was sent to the scene.

5. Fushë-Arrëz Municipality

The fire in the village of Xath spread overnight, penetrating the village of Flet and the "Kunorë Dardhe" area.

The fire is on a mountainous surface, and it is difficult to intervene from the ground. Mainly pine trees and various vegetation are burning.

Yesterday, the residents of two endangered apartments were evacuated, currently there is no danger to these apartments.
