DP MP Luan Baçi has commented on the decision of the Court of Appeal, which gave Sali Berisha the stamp and logo of the DP.
In a television appearance, Baçi said that the seal and sigla belong to the Democrats.
The MP said that there would be no judge who would make a different decision.
Baçi emphasized that the democrats made a decision on December 11, when they convened the Assembly, and their decision was respected.
"The seal of the Democratic Party belongs to the Democrats, the flag and the emblem belong to the Democrats, they do not belong to Berisha or anyone else. It is not the courts that can choose the party leader. I was convinced of the justice of the DP.
