The Special Court has decided to extend the investigation for 3 months for the four citizens suspected of being the perpetrators of the murder of young man Renis Dobra.
It concerns the three brothers Aleksandër, Kristi and Fation Bushgjokaj, as well as Petrit Çakrin,
It is learned that the extension of the investigations came at the request of the Special Prosecution Office.
SPAK has requested time until October for some additional investigations, arguing that it is necessary to carry out some investigative actions within the framework of the expert examination of the phones and some overlapping of fingerprints.
So far, Fation Bushgjokaj's lawyer has opposed this request, while Petrit Çakrii's lawyer requested that the request be left to the court's assessment.
