The decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal/ Alban Dokushi returns to the

Alban Dokushi, the right-hand man and confidant of the arrested mayor, Erion Veliaj, has officially returned to the position of Secretary General, following a final decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal.

Like Veliaj, with various trials and schemes, his people also open processes by rejecting Rama's decisions and standing in his way, stabbing the Prime Minister in the back.

As in the case of Veliaj, where after his arrest, Prime Minister Edi Rama decided to appoint Anuela Ristan as head of Tirana Municipality and then dismissed her at the SP Assembly meeting, Veliaj opposed it and with a decision, the Constitutional Court reinstated him.

Likewise in the case of Dokushi, Veliaj's right-hand man, who was removed with the signature of Anuela Ristani and now, with a decision of the Administrative Court of Appeal, is reinstated.

Veliaj's confidant was fired in March 2025. The decision was signed by Rama's appointee to head the Municipality of Tirana, Anuela Ristani. /CNA
