The Special Prosecution Office presented this Monday the conclusions of the investigations into the faction of the "Meta" file.

This while today a hearing is being held at the GJKKO where the defendants are: Monika Kryemadhi's mother, Fatime Kryemadhi, Pirro Xhoixhon and Ema Çoku.

According to SPAK, Fatime Kryemadhi does not justify the 98 thousand euros, 246 thousand dollars, 100 thousand euros declared by Agi Kons to repay the loans, as well as the unjustified 310 thousand euros. Two loans were taken to buy the apartments, but the loans were repaid in cash, with unjustified sources. The notarial statements were compiled after Fatime Kryemadhi was questioned by the prosecution. Also, the persons questioned in relation to the cash loans to Fatime Kryemadhi have no trace of declaring the monetary amounts at the border crossing point by these persons.

"Ema Çoku is a close connection of Monika Kryemadhi. This is proven not only by frequent communications, but also by several different bank transactions. She has made notarial statements that she gave Fatime Kryemadhi 240 thousand euros. Her company has paid the hotel bill of foreign citizens who had come to support LSI. She has also paid several bills related to various LRI events.

Meanwhile, Ema Çoku has been a debtor in second-tier banks due to large loans. Also, the latter has been unable to make donations. This citizen has made notarial statements on behalf of Fatime Kryemadhi. Ema Çoku has attempted to justify the actions of the other defendants in this proceeding", - emphasizes SPAK./CNA
