PD: The court has all the evidence to remove Olta Xhaçka's mandate

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Agron Shehaj, has stated that the Constitutional Court has all the evidence needed to remove the mandate from Olta Xhaçka.

According to Shehaj, the lawyer of the minister Xhaçka has declared himself that the foreign citizen who received the status of strategic investor is the minister's sister-in-law, whom she used to hide her husband.  

“Është shumë e qartë, zonja Xhaçka ministre e Jashtme ka përfituar nga prona publike. E ka bërë këtë duke përdorur bashkëshortin dhe kunatën. Sot avokati i Xhaçkës, pranoi vetë që shtetasja e huaj që ka marrë statusin e investitorit strategjik për të fshehur bashkëshortin e Xhaçkës, është kunata e zonjës Xhaçka. Kështu që vendimi në gjykimin tonë është shumë i thjeshtë.

Ne besojmë se Gjykata Kushtetuese, ka krijuar një precedent, standard, atë që të heqë mandatin e deputetëve nëse këta përfitojnë nga prona publike. Jemi të bindur që ka vetëm një mundësi përballë këtij abuzimi dhe akti korruptiv, përndryshe do të ishte realisht një dëm shumë i madh për besueshmërinë e kësaj gjykate që me vendimin e saj do ta nxirrte të larë deputeten Xhaçka.
