Decision/Appeal has requested the release of Irfan Hysenbelliu's media buildings

The company "Focus Media News", owned by Irfan Hysenbelliu, was notified in 2022 that it must vacate the state-owned buildings in which it had been operating in recent years and in violation of the law, as its contract had expired in 2022.

From 2022 to 2025, the case was reviewed at all levels of the judiciary.

The most recent decision is that of the Administrative Appeals Court, taken on July 14, 2025.

In this decision, the Administrative Appeal has decided to confirm the obligation of "Focus Media News" to vacate the premises of the former Autotraktor Plant.
