Tensions at the Olympic Park/ Celibashi: Interventions, unacceptable

Tensions were recorded this evening at the Olympic Park, where the counting of diaspora votes is taking place.

It is reported that there were disputes between political parties, while the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, also arrived at the Olympic Park.

Celibashi said that work is being done to resolve the situation, while adding that political interference in the counting process is unacceptable.

"The CEC has taken measures to ensure that this process follows the law. The messages we sent after the voting closed did not reach everyone. We are working to resolve this situation. It seems that we have the situation blocked, at least for the Korça region. We will make a decision on this situation. Political interference in the counting process is unacceptable. No one can defy the law. We have the peace to make the necessary decisions," emphasized the head of the CEC./ CNA
