Tomorrow, the High Prosecution Council will choose between three candidates, Adnan Xholi, Edvin Kondili and Altin Dumani, the new head of SPAK.

While this process is going through a debate that started for days and has recently become more severe, the journalist Arsen Rusta has clarified the voting procedures from KLP.

According to Rusta, it will be an open vote, without boxes, the 11 members of the KLP will say their vote directly, without hiding.
