Rjepaj dhe biznesmeni Ilir Rrapaj bashkë me të akuzuarit e tjerë kanë kërkuar masë më të butë sigurie.
Klodian Rjepaj, Ilir Rrapaj, Marsela Serjani, Saimir Kadiu, Arben Gjata, Genc Burazeri kanë bërë ankim në Apelin e Posaçëm, por Gjykata e Posaçme e Apelit ka lënë në fuqi vendimin e arrestit me burg.
