The state company for public procurements/Rama withdraws tenders from the Ministry of the Interior

The government has decided to create a joint-stock company owned by the state, which will be called "Concentrated Purchases Operator".

The "Concentrated Procurement Operator" will carry out all public procurement procedures for authorities and contracting entities.

Previously, tenders were conducted by the State Procurement Agency under the Ministry of the Interior.

Meanwhile, the "Concentrated Procurement Operator" will be under the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

VKM determines that the initial registered capital for the creation of the joint stock company shall be ALL 20,000,000 and is covered by the reserve fund of the state budget.

These changes were proposed by the Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla./ CNA
