Illegally sold wood for fire/ Administrators of 2 entities in Hotolisht are

Administrators of 2 entities have been criminally prosecuted for the sale of wood for fire, in the village of Hotolisht, Librazhd, after conducting their economic activity illegally.

The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state for the criminal offenses "Concealment of income" and "Illegal employment", for the administrators of these 2 subjects, namely citizens KS, 63 years old and AZ, 38 years old, both residents in Librazhd.

From the verifications, it was established that these citizens did not declare to the competent bodies, the income they generated from the 2 economic subjects they administered, and that they did not register their 2 employees.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions./ CNA
