One person was arrested by the police, while criminal proceedings were initiated against 3 others after they objected to the police officers conducting physical checks on the vehicle they were driving in Elbasan.

In fact, citizen EN, 34 years old, was arrested red-handed, and the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were started in free status for citizens K. Sh., 45 years old, and ED, 39 years old.

From the controls, a quantity of suspected narcotic cannabis sativa was found and seized from the arrested citizen.
