Hearing against Meta/ GJKKO accepts the request: To create conditions for accessing electronic evidence

The next session at the Special Court for the case against former President Ilir Meta was accompanied by several decisions by the panel.

The court decided that SPAK should take the necessary measures to enable the defense to access electronic evidence that is part of the investigative file, thus guaranteeing their review during the trial.

On the other hand, Meta's request not to stand in the glass partition during the hearings was rejected. The panel of judges did not accept this claim, leaving in effect the current manner of his appearance in the courtroom.

Meta's request for live broadcast of the sessions was also rejected.

The trial against Meta continues in the Special Court, while the parties are expected to present their arguments and evidence in the upcoming hearings.
