A day ago, the Albanian Parliament approved a draft law for some changes to the Road Code of the Republic of Albania.

This bill received 101 votes. Today, through a post on social networks, DPSHTRR has revealed some of the changes regarding the renewal of the driving license by category.

Renewal of driving license categories AM, A1, A2, A, B1. B and EU

The renewal terms will be done every 15 years and for people over 70 years old, the confirmation of validity is done after submitting the medical certificate.

Renewal of professional driving license C1, C1E, CE

Afatet e rinovimit do të bëhen çdo 5 vite deri në 70 vjeç ( për personat mbi 65 vjeç vetëm për mjetet deri në 20 ton)

Rinovimi i lejedrejtimit profesional D1, D1E, D dhe DE

Afatet e rinovimit do të bëhen çdo 5 vite deri në 70 vjeç, për personat mbi 65 vjeç lëshohet vetëm për drejtimin e mjeteve të kategorisë B dhe BE për taksi dhe transport udhëtarësh me mjet 8+1.

Kategoria e Lejes së Drejtimit të Posaçme AM, A1, A2, A, B1, B dhe BE afatet e rinovimit do të bëhen çdo 5 vite deri në 65 vjeç dhe çdo tre vite mbi 65 vjeç.

Kategoria e Lejes së Drejtimit të Posaçme C1, C1E, C dhe CE afatet e rinovimit do të bëhen çdo 5 vite deri në 65 vjeç.

Këto leje nuk rinovohen pas moshës 65 vjeç.

Zgjatje e të drejtës për ushtrimin e profesionit të Instruktorit të Autoshkollës deri në 70 vjeç, nga 65 vjeç që është!
